Murakami x Vans Collaboration Release
EXHIBITION & DISPLAY / BOOTH DESIGN / DINNER / PARTY
For this special Takashi Murakami & Vans collaboration, we organized an exhibition and party for 450 guests. The event took place at the historic Hotel du Grand Veneur, Emmanuel Perrotin's event and exhibition 1000 sqm space in Paris. For this exceptional event, we integrated different aspects: exhibition organization, transportation, installation and lightings.
We also took care of the opening dinner and party. Along with a seated dinner, we produced and organized two special game booths where winners received a pair of Vans during the party. Working alongside Takashi and his studio, we were directly involved with the game booth design. We also designed and built displays for Vans merchandise - shoes, t-shirts and branded giveaways.
Project length - 9 months planning, 6 days onsite

Galerie Perrotin New York Launch
BOOTH DESIGN / DINNER / CONCERT & PARTY PRODUCTION / VIDEO
For Galerie Perrotin, we organized a special party welcoming 1000 guests to celebrate the opening of the gallery's newest location in New York. We scouted the location: all four floors of the Russian Tea Room, more than 2000 sqm.
We organized a seated 3-course dinner party (400 guests) to begin the night. To follow the dinner, we produced an Art Carnival, a collection of different game booths where 1000 guests played to win originial artist editions. The artist's booths included: Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami, Kaws, JR, Jean-Michel Othoniel, and Daniel Arsham. With the artists' approval, we designed each booth. Along with the dinner and carnival, we handled the venue's sound and lighting, stage design (backline & backliner) and produced the musical lineup production: bands including Who Made Who and DJs. We also shot and produced a video documentary for this very special night.

Baccarat - "L'Harcourt Toujours"
ART CONSULTATION / SET DESIGN / PROMOTION
For crystal maker Baccarat's 170th anniversary iconic "Harcourt" design range, we produced and coordinated fabrication of set design elements for an exhibition in the 500 sqm gallery of maison Baccarat in Paris.
We managed the proposals, budgets, plans, supplier sourcing, installation, and the coordination between the brand Baccarat and artist/designer Philippe Jarrigeon. The elements built included special wood forms, plastic shapes, an electronic system (set to play 5 metronomes at exactly the right time), and lighting design.
MR - "Live On" - Seattle Art Museum
EXHIBITION PRODUCTION / VIDEO / CATALOGUE
We coordinated the production for artist MR.’s solo survey exhibition “LIVE ON” at the Seattle Art Museum (SAM). For six months, we worked with the artist studio Kaikai Kiki and museum curatorial staff to design 3D renderings and simulations to properly envision the exhibition. This included a large-scale site-specific installation in part of the 2000 sqm space.
The project took another 3 weeks on site. We coordinated installation directly with SAM staff and Kaikai Kiki. We oversaw production of all promotional materials: catalogue publishing, archival photo shoots of the exhibition and artist’s portrait. We also shot and directed a mini-documentary about the exhibition, its planning, and the opening celebration.

Takashi Murakami - "Murakami Versailles"
EXHIBITION PRODUCTION / DOCUMENTATION
For Takashi Murakami and Galerie Perrotin we coordinated a historic solo exhibition featuring site-specific installations throughout the Chateau de Versailles, a 20,000 sqm space.
We managed fabrication and production throughout installation involving multiple entities: Chateau de Versailles Spectacle team, Kaikai Kiki (Murakami' studio), Gallerie Perrotin, shipping companies, install teams, documentary film crew, and the artist himself.
Pharrell x Galerie Perrotin - Tank Chairs
ART PRODUCTION / PROMOTION
For Pharrell and Galerie Perrotin, we sourced suppliers to build the 4 Plexiglas Tank Chairs, designed by the artist. From the preliminary designs and sketches provided to us, we rendered a 3D model, and ultimately produce a mockup to-scale. Throughout the process, we coordinated with Pharrell and his team for feedback. Once the pieces were produced, we organized promotion at Colette Paris, and in a variety of French magazines including Clark and Jalouse.
